Rates

Rates are for single/double occupancy. Extra person charge is $10 per person per day. All rates are subject to a 12.5% local government room tax.

Reservation Deposit

Each reservation requires an advanced deposit equal to your one-night stay plus tax. The balance of the reservation will be charged upon check-in using the same credit card used for the deposit. Early departures constitute as a cancellation. 

Cancellation Policy - Non Holiday/Special Event Dates

Cancellations made prior to 2 days of arrival date will receive a full refund of the advance payment.  Cancellations made within 2 days of arrival date will result in a forfeiture of the advance payment.

Cancellations – Holiday/Special Event Dates

Cancellations made prior to 14 days of arrival date will receive a full refund of the advance payment. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival date will result in a forfeiture of the advance payment.  Holiday/Special Event dates include:  White Party Weekend, Gay Pride Weekend, Coachella festival and Stagecoach festival. 

Check-In / Check-Out Times

Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. However, Adara Hotel will do its best to be flexible with these times. Our office is open until 10:00 PM every night. If a guest plans to arrive later than this time, they should ring the bell at the night window. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed at Adara Hotel, except properly licensed guide dogs for the physically or mentally challenged. Unauthorized pets will result in immediate eviction with no refund along with a penalty fee of $250.00.
Smoking Restrictions / Odors
Adara Hotel is a smoke-free facility. This smoking restriction includes tobacco, cannabis and vaping. There is a per day extra cleaning charge of $200 if smoking or other odors are detected in or around a guest’s room/suite. 

No Drugs Allowed

Possession or use of Federally controlled illegal drugs will result in immediate eviction from our property without any refund of moneys paid. Possession or use of such drugs may also result in police assistance with removal of a guest from the property.

Pool and Hot tub

Pool and Hot tub is open 8  am to 10 pm.  NO glass items are allowed in pool area. There are no lifeguards,  so children are not allowed to swim without adult supervision. 

Guest Policy 

Hotel registered guests are only allowed to use the hotel facilities no visitors are allowed.  After 10 pm no visitors are allowed and all guests have to follow the noise amendment laws.  No noise or parties or visitors allowed or you will have to checkout without refund. 

Liability

Adara Hotel assumes no liability for a guest’s injury or loss of property. Be aware that there are no lifeguards. Please swim responsibly and please NO DIVING. Also, the deck floor and stairs are slippery when wet. Adara Hotel assumes no responsibility for damage to a guest’s vehicle or theft of contents while using its parking lots. Do not leave valuables in your car. Please lock your room/suite door.
